Roman David

My name is Roman David, and I am currently a student at the University of Calgary pursuing my bachelor of commerce. I was accepted into the U of C after a successful and memorable high school career, where I graduated with honours as a class historian from Lord Beaverbrook High School. In addition to my academics, I have played hockey my whole life and still continue to do so. Hockey has taught me many valuable life lessons like what it means to be accountable, and how to persevere through adversity.

I decided to start a business with Scholar’s Edge in order to gain the most valuable asset a young student can acquire, experience. There is no better way to learn than by doing, another thing that hockey has made clear for me; you cannot have a good slapshot by just watching the pros do it. I look forward to being able to learn a great deal about the world of business, and find success in my endeavours.
