Ignatius Peris

Hello! My name is Ignatius Peris, the operator for scholars edge painting set to launch in the SW of Calgary for the summer of 2024. Currently a first year at the University of Calgary majoring in political science with the aim to declare my business minor within my second year.

I have encompassed the discipline and mindset my artistic grandfather expressed through his paintings and would mentor me to adapt to unexpected changes. I was incased in a very creative environment, however my form of ‘art’ has resonated far beyond two dimensions. My sense of expression has always been the aspects of the unlimited creative pursuits of an entrepreneurial venture. I devoted my time in developing my swimming skills and participated in competitions to teach myself the purpose of commitment and hard work. Afterwards I felt inclined to teach this life skill to individuals that shared the same drive. My experience as a private swimming instructor taught me the value of quality and efficiency when providing a service rooted in passion. Communication will always be a crucial part of teaching, however it is the quality of the skill that resonates in my clients that reflects the true value of my work and effort. I view the word “challenges” as the ideal opportunity to hone and improve my divergent thinking skill.
