Hello! My name is Dylan Ross. I am a 20-year-old third year business student at the University of Victoria. I’m honoured to be operating the local Scholars Edge Painting business in Vancouver, my hometown. I love competing and have participated in a variety of academic competitions at UVIC including the RBC and Mission Impossible case competitions. These competitions test quick thinking, perseverance, leadership and communication skills, all of which pertain to a successful business person. I am an athlete at heart and an avid investor, maintaining my own stock portfolio since age 18. It’s a natural for me, given that I’m majoring in Entrepreneurship. This joint venture opportunity with Scholars Edge will help me develop a deeper understanding of the ins and outs of running a business, as well as enhance my entrepreneurship skills as a whole. Scholars Edge is my conduit to deliver top of the line customer service to fellow Vancouverites.
