Hi! My name is Nicholas Duan, or Nick, and I am a first year student majoring in business at the University of Calgary. I have lived in Calgary most of my life and over the summer will be continuing my passion for business with the Scholar’s Edge program, which is a bootcamp to entrepreneurship. Recently, I have been obsessed with chess, attempting to climb the ratings as high as I can while playing the sports i enjoy. To me, customer service and providing an uncomplicated house painting experience is the most important part of running my business. This means keeping my clients updated with the progress of their project and doing the small things well. I’m hoping to build stronger ties to my community over the summer through the Scholars Edge Program and learn the skills necessary to lead my future career.
