My name is Ivan Tan and I am a first year business major at the University of Calgary. I am running a business under Scholar’s Edge Painting which provides university students like me an opportunity to obtain first-hand experience of having ownership of a business. In my free time, I enjoy working out, being outdoors, and socializing with other people. I am very outgoing, passionate and hardworking when it comes to anything I do, and I will ensure that the service I provide is to the best of my abilities. My objective with Scholar’s Edge Painting is to gain more skills and experience with business rather than just applying what I know from school when starting my own business in the future.
